Clean Water Action would like to thank Governor Walz and leadership of the state legislature for their swift action to advance precedent-setting and comprehensive PFAS policy. This legislation, supported in true bi-partisan fashion, will help deliver a healthier future for all Minnesotans and lays down a marker for other state and federal officials to follow. It sends the clear message that Minnesota stands up for protecting the health of all its residents and will take action to prevent cancer and other devastating health conditions connected to this toxic "forever chemical".
