Program Manager

Gregory is the Program Manager for the Philadelphia Lead Hazard Awareness Program and serves on the steering committee for Philadelphia’s first Active Constituent Team. Gregory has a Bachelors degree in International Relations from Dickinson College and a masters in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from the American University of Paris.

As a U.S. Congressional aide in Ohio, Gregory helped develop Lake Erie’s first Harmful Algal Bloom Alert and worked with a cross-section of government, private sector, colleges and universities, and NGOs to combat harmful algal blooms and protect water quality in the region. In the private sector, Gregory served on several state and national campaigns protecting the environment, fighting climate change, and regulating public land use and methane emissions.
