Yesterday, EPA’s Office of Water held a listening session on what Scott Pruitt and Donald Trump call, “the regulatory burden.” We call it public protections for our air, water, and health. Earlier this month, Donald Trump signed a repeal of the Stream Protection Rule, under the Congressional Review Act, and at the signing, he called the Rule “another terrible job killing rule."
