Despite the past year’s very challenging circumstances — a hostile anti-environment administration and the coronavirus pandemic’s devastating health toll, social and economic disruptions — 2020 proved to be surprisingly productive, in each of Clean Water Action’s priority program areas.

Community Letter -- Pass the PFAS Action Act

The science is clear: PFAS have been linked to serious health problems through decades of animal, worker, and human studies. Unfortunately, EPA has failed to take steps to restrict air and water releases, reduce PFAS in our tap water, or clean up the nation's most contaminated sites. H.R. 2467 will set clear deadlines requiring EPA to do just that.

Over the last decade of research and advocacy, Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund has found that activities essential to oil and gas operations cannot be conducted without regulatory and legislative loopholes that put water at risk.
