Clean Water Making Waves

Beginning Monday, April 29, we’ll be hosting an online auction, with all of the proceeds going towards our California work to protect communities and restore our environment. Our online auction will conclude with an in-person event on the evening of Thursday May 9th (5:30-7). Join us at neighborhood hangout Fluid510 (1544 Broadway, Oakland) as we recognize local heroes who have dedicated their time to improving our local communities. There’s no entry fee (although we’d love your donations!) and you’ll be able to meet our honorees, place final bids on your favorite auction items, enjoy a no-host bar, and meet some of the people that make Clean Water Action such a great organization! Join us as we celebrate our Clean Water community!

ReThink Disposable: Reducing Single Use Trash in Philadelphia

Thanks to support from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Plastic Free Restaurants, a new waste reduction program called ReThink Disposable has made its way to Philadelphia and is playing a new and essential part in helping reduce trash and litter in the city.
